The main purpose of these Bible Stories in three volumes, is to make the Bible accessible and intelligible to little children. The stories in these books are simple and plain. Each story is complete in itself and naturally leads on to the next, making the whole Bible, which is a puzzling mixture of different kinds of writings, read like one long and interesting story.
