Fictions, Non Fiction and Dictionaries cannot be returned or exchanged unless the sent product is different from the ordered product or is damaged.

Textbooks and workbooks in school lists can be exchanged in case of changes informed by School. Books should be in good condition without any writing or covering for such returns to be accepted. Delivery charge for the returned book will be added.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of making the order. Delivery charge will be levied for orders made through card payments that are cancelled after that period.

Payments will be refunded within 7 days if stocks are not available.
